We are unable to accommodate early check-ins at this time. We do not accept bookings from groups under the age of 25 through Airbnb. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Violation of this policy may result in cancellation or eviction without refund. Guests have access to the entire home and yard, with the exception of one locked owner’s linen closet and the detached garage. For guest safety, a standard rental agreement and liability waiver is required prior to check-in. No parties, only registered guests allowed on the property. The person booking must be present during the stay. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund. Sleeping Arrangements **First Floor:** • King bedroom with ensuite bathroom • Queen bedroom with access to hallway bathroom • Queen bedroom with access to hallway bathroom **Second Floor:** • Bunk room featuring two queen-over-queen bunks, twin trundles, and a queen sleeper sofa with access to hallway bathroom • King bedroom with access to hallway bathroom Additional accommodations: • Two twin mattresses available upon request (fee may apply based on guest count) • Pack ’n Play available upon request **Location & Nearby Attractions** Located in Panama City, this home is just a short and easy drive to Panama City Beach. • 3.5 miles to the nearest bay access beach • Approximately 15–20 minute drive to the white sand beaches of Panama City Beach Enjoy close proximity to dining, shopping, and family-friendly attractions while staying in a spacious, relaxed setting away from the crowds. **Amenities & Experience** Unwind in your private pool, relax in the hot tub, or enjoy time together in the fully equipped game room.
